He is the President and Founder of Kickstart Strategies, a consulting firm dedicated to helping purpose-driven, Democratic candidates build winning campaigns from the ground up.

Ben began his career on the campaign trail and has since worked across nearly every facet of political communications — from grassroots organizing to message development to national media strategy. He served as a senior member of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar’s leadership team, leading communications efforts around major legislative initiatives and political priorities.
